About This Course

Builds on BLS skills to provide advanced interventions for the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. Designed for healthcare providers who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.

Curriculum Includes

Airway management and related pharmacology
Management of cardiac arrest
Recognition and treatment of bradycardia and tachycardia
Management of stroke and acute coronary syndromes
Effective team communication and dynamics

Prerequisites

Current BLS Provider certification required
